Waiting times vary depending on the day and session. Morning sessions tend to be busier; evening sessions are generally quieter. Call us ahead of your visit if you'd like an estimate.

Yes. We can issue medical certificates (MCs), letters for employers or schools, and referral letters to specialists or hospitals where needed.

Do I need to fast before a health screening? 做健康检查前需要空腹吗？
If your screening includes a fasting blood test, you will need to fast for 8–10 hours beforehand (water is fine). Please call us before your visit to confirm the exact requirements for your package.
如体检项目包含空腹血液检测，一般需空腹8至10小时（可饮清水）。建议来诊前致电确认所选套餐的具体要求。

How long does a screening appointment take? 一次体检大约需要多长时间？
Most screenings take around 30–45 minutes, depending on the package selected.

When will I receive my results? 我何时能收到检查结果？
Most results are available within a few working days. The doctor will go through the results with you and advise on any follow-up steps.

What travel vaccines do you provide? 你们提供哪些旅行疫苗？
Travel vaccine recommendations depend on your destination. Common travel vaccines we carry include Hepatitis A & B, typhoid, and influenza. Come in or call us to discuss your travel plans and get personalised advice.

We accept cash, NETS, and major credit/debit cards.

Do you work with insurance plans? 你们接受保险理赔吗？
Please call or visit us to check whether your insurer has a direct billing arrangement with us. We can also provide itemised receipts and documentation to support your reimbursement claim.
